Same here man. Im waiting on comp 3 am east. With log in and pass type once it hits 3 am east im pressing enter. Just like i did when Cs:s came out :)

how can a video game be so freaking good that it turns any respectable and truly professional video game reviewer into a 12year old on the verge of breaking into tears of joy?
how is that possible?

Vague?? they couldn't be more clear to me...this game is truly going to knock our socks off and be nothing what you are expecting, that little remark by that reviewer has just sent my excitment through the roof, all the remarks by everyone, both magazine reviews and online reviews that have revealed some comments are all full praise and no negative.
 
now on a serious note i got the feeling that this game is gonna be even MORE revolutionary than hl1,and thats pretty big shoes to fill.

Aww shit... Im getting so hyped up here all alone. Theres Steam(tm)(r) coming from my ears and fire from my socks. Im cutting my wrists with a fork and drawing lambda^2 -sings at the walls with my blood. Then Im probably off for declaring the word of Jesu... I mean Gordon for 3 days. When thats over, Ill wander to the nearest shop and buy the damn game.

Aaauaiahaa cant wait no longer...

I am quite honestly unprepared for the 95%+ AAA single-player FPS game that apparently is Half-Life 2. I've been playing mediocre-to-pretty-good SP FPS' for so long (since Half-Life, really) that I really can't fathom what is making those that have played it break into such magnanimous terminology. Either way, I'm probably in for one heck of a shock come Tuesday, despite the fact that I've seen it coming for about a month now.
 
What's that? Half-Life 2 is good? Really? Well, hot damn, that calls for some celebration.
