Ok.. so I was watching the jackass movie..(most of you will probley be leaving the thread now but stick around) and they were in japan filming.. and at one point they had like 50 or so people walking past the camera ect... ok so

wouldnt the producers of jackass have to walk around to ALL those people and get them to sign waivers saying they are on TV? becuase that would be weird having to run around and get everybody who just walked past the camera to sign a piece of paper.. because i know people cant just be put on tv without there consent.

Unless maybe they put up a big sign saying.. |past this point you will be put on tv | or something of that nature?

This question has just always bugged me.

well, they would have to do that OR... they took the chance that all those japanese people would never see the jackass movie OR... they didn't think any of the japanese people would go all the way to the US just to sue them OR... the laws are different in japan

its not JUST the jackass movie.. i am taking about movies in general.

Movies in general have paid extras (aside from documentaries/things like Jackas)

On TV Shows when they can't get permission and the people are in focus for longer than 5/10 seconds, the faces are blurred/pixilized
