Alright... So, this is related to my other thread trying to find the right computer for my Uncle's Kids in a 1500 dollar budget.
One VERY expensive aspect of it, is purchasing the operating system, which unfortunately costs alot of money since microsoft are greedy bastards.
If I can drastically limit the price of the operating systems, I can cut off a big chunk of money for the total price, making things easier on me, and my uncle.
So I have been looking at licenses, instead of buying 1 full microsoft windows home edition for each of the three PC's, and have run into this website.

Look at the price they have for that licensing pack. I don't know much about how this works, but I would like to, if it will save me money. I already have windows XP home CD's at my house, so could I technically just buy three of those listed in that link, saving nearly 40 dollars per XP installation, and it would be all legit?
This part also confuses me here...
Most specifically, the "Installation Key Code will Not Work with Retail or Upgrade CDs." What the hell does that mean?
I really want to find a way to lower the cost on the operating system, and this seems like a good idea, but I want to make sure its not only legit, but a good deal and idea.
