You could start with general studies or any random major you want to and then take some classes to figure out what you really want to do.

I didn't know what I wanted to do really when I started college so I just chose mechanical engineering as it had good scholarships and was a pretty broad scientific field. I then planned to see what I wanted to do and change my major accordingly.

Three years later I'm still an ME major and I enjoy it a lot.
