My initial comment was an exaggeration

For me, while I know that, especially with the Fable games, he has over-promised on stuff, I think he is a real visionary with some really fascinating ideas, and I wouldn't be surprised if Microsoft someway hindered the realisation of his ideas. Moving to a new studio can only be good for him, and for gaming.
