Philippe Starck Fossil Watch

A year ago my girlfriend bought me a (Philippe Starck) Fossil Watch for my birthday... which can be seen here

The problem is we lost the manual and I can't change the time or anything. My question to you guys is if anyone who has the watch could explain me how to change some settings and maybe scan the important things in the manual... I searched trough internet but I couldnt find anything.

Nice watch btw, think I might splash out on a new one when I get some money.
