Hmmm is it me or does the staff at PHL never return emails?
I'm posting this here because I'm hoping that someone who knows one of them personally can give them my msg, or one of the guys on staff reads this.
Anyways so I was about to post in a thread the other day on their forum, thanking everyone for their kind comments on the mod team I'm on, Eternal-Silence 2. And well I only post their weekly and basically I have the same message and answer questions and such, nothing any PR agent wouldn't do.
But to my surprise it claims I have a banned IP... well I went through my posts, nothing out of the ordinary (I have like only 15 posts over there) so I didn't post anything wrong. I then went to proceed to see if I was banned from other planetX.com sites like planetdoom, but nope I wasn't.
So it tells me to email feedback@planethalflife.com when it tellls me I have a banned IP, and so I did about a week ago, nothing, not even a "We received your message and are investigating" thing... So then I looked on the staff page, found the main guy and emailed him to figure out why I am supposedly banned, no word either.
Obviously if anyone knows me, I don't do anything bad, and the only explanation I can think of is that the admins at PHL did a IP Range ban and I just so happened to be within that range....
Now, if anyone can give me any help on how to solve this, please do. I am seriously frusturated about this and from the looks of it the PHL admins are very ignorant, not answering emails, doing an IP range without checking to see if other normal users are within that range, etc etc
So can anyone get in contact with this admins, or is anyone here on the PHL staff and can help me out?

Oh and this was my best bet to go for help, because the admins seem to be into the HL community fairly tight, so they could help me out in some way I'm hoping.
