Ive had my phone (samsung z140v, vodafone exclusive) since about christmas. Yesterday when i turned it on, after about 10 seconds of functioning normally, it turned off. I took the battery out an stuff - put it back in. It now works for approximatley 10 seconds, then freezes.

It wont respond to anything, meaning i cant turn it off without removing the battery. When i turn it back on it does the same, fully functional for 10 seconds then freezes in whatever its doing. Including a call.

I've had a look around but cant find anything very usefull.. Any help?

There should be a data reset button right next to the battery port. Press it with a pin.

Try it without the simcard, see if its the phone or the card causing the trouble, if its the card you can format it, if its the phone, take it in for repairs or buy a new one.

Without any simcard it works, ie. stays working on the SOS call screen.

With another vodafone simcard it has the same problem: so im concluding its the phone...

I dont have any reset button on the phone.. =\
