Photoshop problems

I have an image I want to print that is A6 size, so 4 of them will fit on an A4 sheet. I make a new A4-sized canvas and put 4 of the A6 articles onto the A4 sheet (and they fit perfectly).

Then I go into print with preview, change the page setup to A4 and then print. What I get is something which does not completely fill the page and oh shit while I am writing this I think I know what's going wrong.

I think if I take off scale to fit media, it won't fit the preview window in the print bit, but it will completely fill the A4 page.

If this is right, please tell me (save me asking my brother for my printer again if it's not). And if it's not, please advise me on how to print it at the right size.

I think you have margins turned on.
File>Print with Preview>Page Setup

I'd to be more specific but there appears to be a problem with the printer setup on my PC.
