Photoshop - what's this tool called?

There's this tool in Photoshop I want to use and I can't remember what its called. It lets you warp something by putting a grid of 3 horizontal lines and 4 vertical lines over whatever you're working on, and then you can drag the lines around to warp the image. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

EDIT: AHA I finded it! Transform -> Warp

That's the shear filter I think. Filter/Distort/Shear.

Yeah I saw it in the menu before, and I think when I tried to click it I must've clicked the wrong thing.
