Pings Help

I have a problem with my pings, since the big update last month my pings has doubled in all servers,

I have 8mbit connection

I used to get 15 pings maximum on one of the UK servers and now I m on 32 pings ???

Any one have similar problem with high pings ?..... I know 32 is not high, but other servers i go to like UKCS are 65, 53,... all above 40,

Check your steam internet settings. Sometimes they reset to different values.
