Loved the first one, was disappointed with the second one. I'll end up watching this one I guess.
 
Great movies. Not to excited about them but great movies. Will defenetely see the 3rd at the movies.
 
The first one was, by far, the best of the two. I will definitely check out this one.
 
Loved them both. Was very nice to see the second appear so soon after the first and still be in great quality on all fronts, so I'm expecting more of the same from this, which is not a bad thing at all.

Yeah, sums up how I feel. I hope this one takes itself a little less seriously.
 
Agree with the first one being the best. Second one dragged on a bit, took too long to end! :p

Aww, you got me all excited.

I love them both, but I don't think I've ever been able to sit and watch either one all the way through except once each in the theatres and after I got the DVDs :( I don't know why, I just always seem to lose interest. But they're so awesome!

^^ What he said. The rest of you guys are all crazy! Yes it did feel like second is more gloomier but it was still good. I think this one will be very good.
 
Both easily forgetable films in my opinion... But it is good for just mindless fun.
 
Thought both were awsome, second was probably the funniest, cant wait for this one

Just fine, it feels invigorating, you should try it once. :p

Aha IS a great band.
 
I loved the first one, but sadly dissapointed with the second. Hopefully the third one can make up for that.

Way to ruin THAT ending.
 
I thought the two films where fantastic, I actually enjoyed the second more, even if it dragged a little.
 
I can't wait for this one!!! Of course, I loved both of the flicks so far as I am a huge pirate fan, a huge Monkey Island fan, and a huge On Stranger Tides fan...:E

Well they can still retrieve Jack from Davy Jones locker. To do that though they must sail to the end of the world like Tia said. It makes sense too because back then they believed the world was flat. The opposite side of the world is like digging a hole to China. That's why everything is Asian themed.
 
Actually while the time that the movie is based in is somewhat nebulous it's definitely far after everyone figured out the world was round (this was actually know prior to Columbus too). The idea for the movie is more of a take on the voyages of Sinbad than anything else, but its appropriate fair considering the crazy stuff that happens in these movies.
 
The first movie was definitely set up to disappoint. I mean a movie based on a theme park ride, how good could it be. So everyone was caught off guard when it turned out to be good.

Looks like it'll be good fun to watch.
 
The trailers debuts online tonight at 9pm PST, and after the season premiere of "Dance with the Stars" on ABC. In English.
