Pitch shifter

I'm looking for a program that will shift the pitch of all sounds made by the computer by semitones. Any ones that come to mind?

realtek hd has a built in function which does that

or get a vst plugin and run your audio through asio4all or similar..

or goldwave.. or some brothersoft program or similar..

would probably be difficult to do in the windows OS environment unless you have some nifty java tool or whatever.. google maybe?

I don't think Audacity can pitch-shift the audio from his PC realtime.

CrazyHarij seems to be on the right track.
