Plantar warts?

Has anyone ever had them? They're the kind you get on the bottoms of your feet. Mine were so painful the other day I could barely walk. I've been using the Salicylic acid pad treatments and so far they are doing a pretty good job of melting the warts away, seeds and all. (which are really infected blood vessels) I thought they were just calluses at first, but further investigation revealed them to be plantar warts.

I hope the treatment I'm using works. I currently have zilcho insurance (the third time I was dropped in the past few years) and besides I'm too chicken to go through any kind of surgery involved anyways unless it's cryotherapy.
 
I had one. It was when i had swimming classes every morning, figures.

All i did was cut out the middle and pealed away the craterous skin. Fun times.
 
Just found out I have one on one of my toes on my left foot.

Weird things aren't they? The center seems to be more tender or something. It was the first part to get dissolved by the acid treatments I'm currently trying.

Did yours start out looking more like a blister than a callus? You know, with the center being more transparent? I've had them for a awhile and they started to harden over more like a callus, but I remember that much. It looked liked it had some some kind of dark colored core, which I think was the blood + tiny vessels I digged out earlier.

That salicylic acid is some bad shit. Turned the whole thing to gravy and I could almost spoon it out like yogurt. It's the weirdest thing I've seen this week.

Woke up this morning with my hands swollen like ****, couldn't close a fist properly =/
 
Damn I have one of those on my toe.

The other week I had a fair amount of whiskey to numb the pain, then went at it with a pain, I got beneath the skin and cut out the roots. blood was everywhere. then i burnt it with a lighter to try and ifnally kill it.

damn thing grew back

****ing lol...i can just picture you the next morning..."SON OF A BIIIIITCH!!!"

I had a couple big ones when I was younger. I went to the doctor and had them frozen...eventually they just dried up and fell out. The one on the bottom of my foot left a CRATER that just filled in and you couldn't tell it was ever there.

Now i have 1 small, subtle one on each big toe but they are perfectly symmetrical which I'm not sure is typical of planter warts.

Plantar Warts suck, but hand warts are worse. I used to have both years ago.

They generally seem to go on their own. The acid doesn't help.
 
I have skin tags on my neck that are growing in number and becoming sentient.

I've had one before and it never came back, but it will eventually. I attribute this lack of coming back to the fact that I have a nigh invincible immune system. Forserious I've gotten sick once in the last four years.

Anyway, I used some sort of acid treatment, pretty sure it was salicylic but I swear it smelled exactly like acetone.

Meh, anyway, they suck balls and take forever to go away.

Talk about making life hard for yourself!

Just go to the doctor, they'll spray it with liquid nitrogen and it will just disappear.
 
I had a crap ton of warts when I was in my early teens. Probably about 10 all in all. Not sure which ones they were, but my father got something at the store and they went away in a week.

Sometimes they are so deep that liquid nitrogen or acid treatments don't work and have to be deadened with local anesthesia and cut out. The area is then burned to destroy the actual virus.

Just get an X-Acto knife and slice that mother****er off. Then put ice right on the open wound.
 
I just nail clippers to cut mine off. Worked on one. 4 more appeared.
 
I went to work on one with a knife, a lighter, and a rag. Hurt like hell, but I felt like a man in the Marines who was healing a gun wound. I had the rag in my mouth and all

Had one on my right hand not long ago.

I just kept nuking it with Wartner freezing shit and Bazuka gel.

It was a persistent mofo but between the constant freeze attacks and acid it all died up on me, shrunk and went clear, then I dug it out with a needle. Tried to make a come back, nuked it some more, it finally accepted its fate and ****ing died.

Good riddance.

As for you guys taking rags and knives and all that ****ing rambo shit, respect and lolfacepalmss in equal measure.

Right now I have a canker sore in my mouth. Might be due to eating a lot of grapes, but i haven't really eaten anything acidic in the last few days... Cysts, warts, blisters, and the like, suck. All of them.

Nothing grosses me out quite as much as someone with a wart on their face. it's kind of like picking your nose and rubbing it on your cheek. Gross.

Is it normal to get a canker sore in the same spot every time in your mouth? The only place I ever get one is this one particular spot on the underside of my tongue.
