playing new MW2 maps but didn't buy em :O

so I've been playing MW2 and today I was in a game, game ended, went to lobby, and the next map shown was one of the new maps. Now I didn't buy the map pack so I said this and everyone in the lobby said 'oh you'll probably be kicked when it loads, nice playing with ya lol" to everyone's surprise the map loaded and here i am in the game playing this new map

only clue i have is that my brother also has his account on the same console. anyone else seeing this around?

I havent, but thats an awesome glitch. that reminds me that thats probably why they wont allow any kind of mods on the pc version: so they can charge for shit like this...what version is it anyway?

what version is what? i'm talking about on Xbox 360...it might have something to do with the new update that allows the 360 to use jumpdrives as mass storage devices now. hmmm

yup...been playing em all day. kinda sick of them too since they pop up more than any other maps now. i'd rather be playing the maps i know since I'm trying to level back up from prestiging.

But seriously, $15 for 3 new maps and 2 old ones that you can still play on MW1? That's $5 per map (not counting the old ones).

Can't be any worse than Bad Company 2 where you pay $15 for VIP status so you can play the same maps that were already in the game but on a different match type.

Thankfully, PC version doesn't deal with that shit.

The Bad Company maps are free is you actually purchased the game...you can't compare that to the MW2 map pack at all.
