please fix the search

many times i TRY to search for something in order not to be a pain in everyone's ass but i get this:

"The following words are either very common, too long, or too short and were not included in your search"

like the guy who just posted those fake HL:S pics again, i wanted to link him to the old article. so i went to search and made it search only titles and i looked up "new pic" and also tried "hl:s"

both were too short for your picky little search engine.

i dont see the point in these limitations.

Yeah, it's one of the more annoying aspects of vBulletin. Especially on gaming forums where a game's abbrevation is often less than 4 characters, and therefore unsearchable in vB's search.

What you could try is searching for new hl:s pic site:halflife2.net on google, the "site:halflife2.net" will limit results to this site and effectively work as a forum search. Not ideal, but it sort of works.
