Please Help Cant Play!

my console keeps saying "Missing Vgui material vgui/servers/icon_secure_deny"
and when i try to refresh my gmaes list it says "Could Not Connect Master Game Server To Recieve List." so i cant play at all please help

Sounds like you have files missing.

steam://validate/240 click here and it should check for missing files

Hmmm... Could be a network error. Open the right ports if you're using a router?

I have a firewall that won't let me access the Steam server list. I'm sure if I looked at the ports I've opened, I would find the problem, but it's not much of a hindrance to me.
