I installed the game and when I go to run it it gets to this blurred loading screen but it wont go any further. Any help guys?

also cs source wont run.....but i got it to run before i had my computer fixed.

one time i waited i think about 10 minutes at that loading screen and nothing happened. im sure its not just being slow. and why wont css work anymore ;(

okay when i play cs the load bar comes up for joining a server.but about half way and error message comes up saying something like 'the memory could not be read'. any ideas?
