Please help! I can't play anymore!

Hello. I was playing Half Life Source then I quitted and then started playing again but I couldn't move anymore. I tried to change the configurations but the keyboard list was empty..!

Please help me !

Options -> Keyboard -> Click 'Use Defaults' -> Click 'Apply'.
