Ok i wanna make this a spray http://img52.exs.cx/img52/7794/owned31.jpg
I downloaded Photoshop 8.1 trial version, minimized the pic to 223x193, and when in TGA 24Bit Uncompressed it is 126KB, thats all a bit under the max, then when i go to convert tga2vtf it says

Image dimensions must be power of 2!
Error initializing texture hl2/materialsrc/sprays/owned30.tga
Hit a key to continue.

Then when i hit a key it exits the program (not the file) just the program, and it does the same with any other image, please help

Yeah thats the one im using....... but when i create a new image how do i import that? i doint want a shitty paint one, i already have it in .tga format now it just needs to be converted to .vta which that converting tool doesnt work (see first post)

lol please post the file once you get it loaded if you would like please :D

The pic can't be 223x193. It has to be a power of 2. Try reducing it to 128x128.

Also change the name of your pic to just owned, the numbers in the name will fook it up.

Since you are a fellow Star Wars fan, I figured I'd help you out. Here it is. You should know where to put it I hope. BTW the size was the difference. I kept the proportions but just made a top transparent. Hope you like it.

And if anyone else needs a spray real fast just pm me. It takes like 30 seconds once you know how to do it.

wait that doesn't work either. Says something wrong with vertex mapping or something. sry dude I'm not sure what the problem is.

here you go. 256 x 256 (aspect ratio of the image maintained)
