Hi, I purchased HL2 CD two years ago. I installed it past and I created an account, and I activated the Product Key. Now, I want to play HL2 but I have lost my account, password, email I created a new account but I can't enter Product Key so I can not install HL2 on Steam, steam said to me This product code has entered another account.
Can we found my old account? I've got the product key and I am tried to find it with I remember the product code I used and sent a mail but I cancelled my old mail. Please help me...
