PLease Help me with VC for CSS

I have a 9600xt, 1 gig of ram, amd athlon processor 1.8 ghz

My problem is that I have net graph 3 on, and it is howing me on my ins Im getting way over 200 and only about 60 to 150 on my outs. My FPS ranges from anywhere between 15-75. I do have all of the latest drives...please someone help me.

your in and out, are network rates, not frames per second rates.

Well, I'm using a 9600XT with 1 gig of pc3200 ram, and a pentium 2.4ghz overclocked to 3.2ghz. I get anywhere between 50-75 fps constant, thats at 1024x768 with 4xAA and 8xAF, all settings on high. I just recently built this pc, and before this i had the 9600XT with 256 rdram, and a 1.5ghz p4. Changing the processor on your system would definetly help alot. The processor and memory upgrade alone for me gave me a 45 fps boost.
