Can someone go to run... and type "msinfo32.exe" then click hardware resources then conflicts/sharing. Tell me what kind of information pops up please. Thanks a mil.
 
Seriously, Please. I have had the worst day in a long time and I cant get my computer to work.
 
Shouldn't you put this in the software/hardware part of the forum? I'm sure they could help you better there.

Looks like something to do with your 9700 Pro and keyboard sharing the same IRQ (checked the HW forum)? Interesting. If you can't fix it, I'd suggest getting a USB to PS/2 adapater like Pobz suggested.

It looks like all your system specs are supposed to come up.. why?

It all looks about right to me.. what's the problem?
 
You don't need one. You can get a USB to PS/2 convertor that turns your USB mouse into a PS/2 mouse.
