!please help! water reflexions

As you can see there something wrong with the water reflexions.
This happens when i play HL2 multiplayer , sometimes this problem occurs in CSS too.
i have got the latest drivers installed (tested it with the beta 67.02 = same).

athlon xp 3200+
512mb Ram
GF FX 5900 LX

try the recently introduced feature of steam to check the integrity of your gfc files.
