Please help!

Today my computer started to lag, not only in the games but everywhere. Exemple, when moving the mouse it stops for a sec every 5 sec, same with movies......basically everything. You don't know how annoying it is :flame:

Does anyone know what it could be?

My comp spec:

3200+ S939
1024 mb ram
x800 xt pe

Have you updated any drivers recently?

get any spyware
check to c if there is anything peculiar running in the background

Reformat, and make sure you install some protective software right when you finish installing. If you have important data, try an anti virus + anti spyware, and defrag. But i think that if your system is that far gone, you should just reformat.
