pls help cs:s mouseacceleration problem !!

hi i have a logitech mx 500 mouse and the normal logitech drivers insstalled. i allwasy have the "acceleration" at "low" ( so its enabled in low). i dont mean the mousespeed ! i mean the acceleration.

i allways played cs 1.6 with sensitivity 3.0 ( with the acceleration from windows at "low" )

now with cs:s i recognised that the acceleration from windows is disabled and iwanted to know if theres a way to enable it.
i know theres a way in cs:S to enable the acceleration but i just want the acceleration from windws (low).

now do u know the command for the console or cfg to enable the
"windows-mouseacceleration in cs:S"

the problem is cs:s side because in cs 1.6 it works
