Polish President Crash Video (Cameraman Murdered afterwards)

Im not a conspiracy theorist or anything like that, and i am highly skeptical of this, but i simply cant shrug this off for some reason.

This is a video filmed by a guy who were at the crash scene right after it happened (you can see the flames). You can see several unknown people walk around in the area, and people SUPPOSEDLY yelling "Dont kill us" etc in Polish, in which after you hear multiple gunshots (or something else, i dont know) all while a siren is blowing to maybe cover up the sounds. Now, like most people, i would discard this as crazy conspiracy theorist bullshit, but then:

Author of the video seen by everyone by now has been stabbed near Kijow on 4.15 and transported in critical condition to the hospital in Kijow.

But i still thought "hm...nahh its just a coincidence". But then:

On 4.16 three unidentified individuals unplugged him from life support system and stabbed him 3 more times. Andrij was pronounced dead that afternoon. Russian government claims it was a coincidence

So now i dont know what to think. What about you guys? The polish president is known for opposing the Lisabon Treaty and similar things. Also, Putin himself is in charge of the investigation.

Maybe worth mentioning. Russians said that 96 people were found dead, but

Poland's Foreign Ministry spokesman, Piotr Paszkowski, said there were 89 people on the passenger list but one person had not shown up.

So where did these 8 new bodies come from? Maybe it was those guys getting shot in the video (if anyone even got shot, i dont freaking know).

From the pictures I have been able to see, the plane didn't crash with its wheel side up. The plane crashed proper side up.

I was just mentioning things that differentiates him from other leaders. And i dont have a theory, im highly skeptical of all this and i wont believe it until any of it is proven true. To be honest, the video is of too poor quality to determine exactly what went on in it, and the gun shots and screams could easily have been added afterwards.

Thats what im thinking, or the "gun shots" could just be small explosions from the wreck.

But one thing that i cant find an explanation for is the laughter. Why would anyone at a crash site laugh? Or maybe thats added too, but it does sound legit.

EDIT: Watching it again it could just be that they are yelling frantically in Russian or Polish.

They murdered a Russian dissident in London with Pullonium, very not subtle and yes I think they are just that stupid and callous.

When I first heard of it I figured it was entirely possible it was too fishy...***ssian government thinks in very backwards ways about international 'relations'.

I shrugged it off though, accidents do happen and even now I would like more proof but that video is pretty convincing.

So for now I'm gonna say I wouldn't be surprised if that vid was confirmed.

As always, highly suspect. A video with gunshots and shouts that could have been edited in. Random things we can't see well enough - and some things we can't see at all - are circled in red and made to look frightening. I refer you to all those points Mecha used to make about how easy it is to distort and falsify video 'evidence'. In the Rodney King trial the defence somehow managed to make the jury believe that a video showing officers beating was not in fact incriminating.

Meanwhile, a random, poorly-laid out blog post gives a garbled translation of a brief news item in a Polish newspaper we have no way of checking the legitimacy of. The translated passage is itself very strange: "the video seen by everyone"? What do you mean, everyone? That doesn't sound like legitimate journalism. Apropos of nothing and with no pretext we are told that the "Russian government claims it was a coincidence". This comes out of nowhere to implicate the Russian government might be involved, without actually linking us to any statement by a 'Russian government' that is presumably not in the business of making nonsensical proclamations (it's not appropriate to describe a stabbing as "a coincidence") about the obscure deaths of little-known individuals.

Absolute nonsense.

If you want to believe the Russians are responsible, look elsewhere: the current party-in-government has been a credible primary suspect in startlingly obvious acts of terrorism and murder against its own people. It's also rather odd that Medvedev immediately appointed Putin, of all people, as head of the investigation. And the explanation given by a Russian state news channel - that through 'pilot error' the plane 'crashed into some trees' - is unlikely, as well as eerily reminiscent of the 'user error' excuse that was given for the Chernobyl disaster (different government, obv). In addition the Russian Federation has been engaged in arguments and political strife with its former buffer states for a long time now.

Still, this makes a conspiracy theory, not a conspiracy.

I am Polish and have a hard time reading but I understand it very well. The source in that blog is not a news story, it is a message board post on a polish web site. So it's about as valid as someone on HL2.net posting that these people were killed.

So yeah, sounds like total bullshit.

The plane carried 89 passengers and seven crewmembers. That makes 96.

Why?

It was foggy, the aircraft was coming in for landing - its perfectly possible that the pilot misjudged the distance or misread his instraments and hit the trees. While pilot error in and of its self is unlikley (otherwise these people wouldn't be trusted to fly), in a case such as this its entirely possible.

I heard somewhere that the pres was bullying the pilot into landing (against his trained judgement), and apparently he's done similar to other pilots.

As an aircraft maintenance technician, I can weigh in concerning "Pilot Error" as well as equipment malfunctioning.

It's actually quite easy for an altimeter to malfunction (due to poor maintenance) which in turn can cause a pilot to drop much lower than he/she believes she actually is. However, a lot of aircraft do have back up altimeters as well as numerous warnings systems. Concerning this particular plane, I do not know. However, I would imagine there would be numerous back up systems on an aircraft carrying the President of Poland.

There are also other numerous amounts of situations that can cause an aircraft to fail. The blackbox should provide much info if the aircraft was experiencing a malfunction as well as radio transmissions.

Basically, "Pilot Error" is not out of the question. Sometimes it is amplified by equipment error but can be overcome by an experienced, alert pilot.
