same old question i'm afraid. I've got an Athlon xp 2600+, 512mb ddr and a gf4ti4200. with with i thought i should get decent enough graphics. but using the reccomened settings the framerate is ~25-30. obviously lower when in an open space or enemies about. even when i drop everything down low its the same.
in the advanced video options, it has hardware greyed out, and solfware normal. does this mean it is running in software mode? thats the only thing i can think of. I've got the 61.77 detonators for the gf4, and the latest directx from microsoft.
anyhelp would be appriciated.
