Pop-up window appearing everytime I join a server

It happened on every Steam game, every time. It's very annoying, as I can't start to playing until in 12 minutes after I joined. It simply crash to desktop a few seconds after I've joined, a pop-up comes up, I close it down, click in the game icon and wait for a minute for the game to load again. This has been going on for 6 months, but I haven't be bothered to post before, but now it's really getting annoying. It's always IE windows, even though I never ever use IE.
Any help is appreciated.

I'm getting this after the update. Before then it never used to do this.

Try adaware as well.
If that fails, delete IE and install firefox ^_^

The same thing happened to me when I accidently let the MSN Plus "Sponser" on my computer.

Silly old Weight loss pop-ups everytime I joined a server. So, unless you have MSN Plus with the "Sponser" installed, you have 1337 spyware.

microsoft spyware tool isn't real, it's just there to make microsoft look good and sell better

Can you give me a link to such program? Currently, I have to wait 1-2 minutes after I've joined a server before I can play.
