Pop3 and smtp address for Aol?

What is it?

A friend of mine is having problems with her Aol email account, she cancelled it as she used to have them as an isp but now she can't log into her email anymore, so i was hoping that there was a way around the aol website and try to get her email through Outlook?

pop3.aol.com and smtp.aol.com are always a good guess.

Are you saying she cancelled the AOL account? If it was an account based e-mail then I guess it's been deleted.

That is what it looks like, i keep asking her to phone them up and ask them if they can do anything but she is nervous about using the phone with strangers.

no, POP as in the email server protocol........sorry, AOL doesnt offer POP or SMTP, dont even bother.
