Portal 2 next week... next up half-life?

That's right I'm saying it.

Valve has done a great job connecting with its fans with its ARG techniques making Portal 2 release a huge topic on these forums right now. But to be honest, I am only buying the game because of the connection to half-life, the Borealis.

As excited as I am for portal 2, if we see the Borealis I will s*** myself. If we see a half-life 3 trailer I will go into shock. Back in 08-09 I felt we would see a new half-life game December of 2012. So is anyone else hopeful of a new half-life release next in line for valve?

Valve can focus on more than one game at a time. Not that we have any extraordinarily obvious reason to think that one of those games is the next Half-Life title.

I'm still one of those optimistic people that think episode 3 will get released this year, as one of the surprises that Gabe promised a while ago.
