Hi all
I have already fallen in love with the recently announced Portal so much that I decided to replicate the logo myself (in Illustrator as vector). I have also made a Portal Desktop using a screengrab from the video. This is at 1280x1024, so lots of you will probably moan that I use a silly resolution, and I agree - it's not a proper aspect ratio, but hey, it displays my Steam games

The logo will be linked to shortly once I get my FTP access back (details have changed). That way, you can all make your own artwork for Portal. The making of the logo took me about 1 - 1.5 hours! If you look very carefully compared to the official logo, the typeface I have used is not 100% accurate, but it's damn close.
Below is a transparent png that should be big enough for most stuff:
(if you need a bigger version, just post here or PM me)
I will upload the vector version somewhere else as soon as possible, and will post here to release it.
Of course, logo copyright belongs to: © 1995-2006 Valve Corporation. Valve, the Portal logo are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of Valve Corporation. I do not take any credit for the original logo created by Valve, this is only a re-creation.
I'm also currently working on the Aperture Labratories (no, not Laboratories) logo, and will hopefully post this soon as well.
