Portal crashes after entering first portal...ironic

Ok so I got portal 1 and it had no lag and after the first portal opens it crashed i fixed that by doing portal depth to 0 so now it crashes when ENTERING the portal i see a room and then it crashes with the usual hl2.exe has encountered a problem my launch options below.

Get a better computer. If you can't run HL2 properly, then you can't run Portal properly.
