I dont think its on steam - I've been looking on and off for a while now, ever since the HL2 and TF2 hi-res ones came out.

I looked at steampowered.com and they do have it.

1. Viewing the Steam GUI from your desktop
2. Click on View->My Media
3. Click on "Browse Media..."
4. Scroll down and click on Portal Trailer

Ok the hi-res portal trailer is on steam but not the hi-res gameplay video which was shown at that german game conference.
The HL2:E2 gameplay and the TF2 2nd trailer were shown at the conference and later put on steam but not the portal gameplay one.
Since I've wanted a hi-res portal gameplay vid I just assumed that Ionium was after the same thing.
