Possible to use scripting to add a dmg hud?

Lets say you are being shot at.

I know that back for CS 1.blah they had server plugins that could track things like your favorite weapon and where you hit and all that fun information. Does anything like this exsist for CSS?

Also- I wanted to make a HUD add on that is transparent that will show me the location and how much dmg I hit someone for. I know that the console reports Blah gave blah dmg to blah's blah.

Would it be a cheat? Possible?

It wouldn't be a cheat... well, it depends. The "how much I gave" part isn't a cheat but maybe the "where I'm gettin' shot" part is. Basically, it's telling you where the guy is.

But I don't know how to do it, if it's possible.

Erm... im not too sure about it. I think it would definately be acceptable if you only saw it until the end of the round, but seeing it just after you had shot them and knowing how much hp they have left would sort of go against the rules of the game if you know what i mean. I'd definatley be intrested feature like that if it were ever created.
