Possible upgrade - Suggestions welcome!

Decided to upgrade my current PC to this:
Intel P4 3,2 GHz - 300$
512MB DDR PC400 RAM - 80$
Abit Radeon X800 Pro 256MB RAM - 455$
Abit AG8-V Mainboard - 125$
Special Danish Tax: +25%

Total: 7150 kr (Around 1200$ Assuming the currency is 6 kr pr $)
How is that? I'm reusing the rest from my old computer...
Didn't buy it yet, so any suggestions will be more than welcome!

Thank you, it is a good system, that I do not doubt, but I need some help with the price. I need to know if it's a crappy, mediocore/average or good price?

i say you go with a 6800GT over a x800pro, unless of course all your gonna be playing is HL2 for awhile..

Alright... I looked up on some tests online and it seems that the 6800 GT are faster than the x800 pro in most cases. I hope they'll fix the huge gap with HL2 then. I thank you for changing my mind VeZ!
