Here is my system:

Proc: Intel P4 640 3.2.GHz 2MB L2 Cache
MoBo: Asus 925XE w/DDr2 slots
Memory:Corsair (ValueRam) 1Gb DDR2 SDRAM (2x1GB) 240 PIN 667 (PC5300)
Graphic Card:ATI X800XL 256MB
XP Professional
PSU: Antec Neopower 480W

Should I use the MoBo (Chasis Fan1, Fan2) connections to run my front and rear 120mm fans? or use the Antec Power supply special fan connection to run them. Both the PSU and the MoBo (via BIOS) could regulate the fan speeds, which would you do?

I think that either would be fine. Check teh voltages of the fan output sockets to see if they arn't too strong for your fans, probably wont be though. IF both output sockets have the same voltage then I would choose the ones that makes teh wiring in teh case neatest.

Thanks for info

I think you are right, since power supply and board are decent makers, I will just use MoBo fan connections for rear fan and Neopower supply fan only cables for front and side panel (P4) fan. Thanks

If the motherboard has the RPM monitoring pin for those two, definitely use that. Otherwise... eh.
