Just today I have been having alot of problems with my comp, it won't run for more than 1/2 hour before it seems to go into some sort of suspend mode that it can't seem to get out of, and then when i turn it off and turn it back on again it will sometimes just immediatly go into that mode. I'm on my laptop right now.

I am pretty sure it is not a virus since I did a full system check a few days ago and I havn't downloaded anything since then.

I don't know much about power supplies but from what I can tell at this moment the power supply might be the problem.

Specs:
250W power supply
Intel Pentium 1.3 ghz
Geforce 4 ti 4200
384 mb RAM
Audigy 2
DVD burner/ Cd burner
40gb harddrive, 20gb harddrive

I'm not sure if it's the power supply for this problem, but it's definately going to cause a problem in the future if it isn't alreaty. You're running some pretty decent equipment on such a low power. Might wanna upgrade to a 400W PS. You can buy a really nice one, or you can find a cheep case that comes with a 400W PS. You could probably get by on a 350W too, but i wouldn't go lower then that. 400W and above is your best bet.

I've also heard of this problem with an overheating mobo, it suspends itself to cool down, so you might want to check your temperatures too.

Oh yea, and you have an awesome sig :cheese:
