So i'm buying a new PC on the weekend.

Specs so far are.

MSI K8T Neo-FIS2R
Athlon 64 3200+
120gb SATA
80gb ATA
12 * Pioneer DVD Rom
32/24/16 CD-RW
Radeon x800
SB Audigy 2 ZS
1024mg generic ram

What kind of power supply would i need to run that? Would 350 watt be ok?

The Wattage on a power supply really isn't the way to look at power supplies. For most modern systems (A64/Presshot), you need a 12Volt rail with more than 20Amps on it.

Even though quality power supplies are more expensive, they're likely to save you some money in the long run. I'd recommend a power supply from Antec, Enermax, or OCZ.

400 Watts to be safe and preferably a name brand power supply.

I'd get a 450W one just to be incase.
