Soo, I need a power supply that's got around 500W, with 3+ SATA connectors and at least 1 PCI-E connector, and I need it to be ~$50 shipped. Is there hope, or will anything I get blow up my computer?

A little hope and a lot of mines.
$50 PSU round up When they ran them at 100 volts, all 4 failed the test. Some just couldn't run the test and shut-down safely while others broke. You at least want your PSU to shut down safely in case power being provided from the wall is poor or something messes up iside the PC (like a short). The better units will keep going though.

Raidmax? no
Apevia? no
Powermax? no
Apex? no

450-500watt round-up
Too bad you don't have a higher budget. Solid 450Watt PSU

It is very hard to find a dependable power supply at that price with more than two SATA connectors. You can, however, purchase some converter cables that will turn a 4-pin Molex into a SATA.

Alright, problem solved... I'm just gonna keep the one I bought from Best Buy. I originally bought a 700W from Best Buy because my video card came in first and wouldn't run AT ALL with my original power supply. So, I went out and bought this 700W rocketfish PS with the intent of returning it after the one I ordered from newegg came in. Unfortunately, it turns out that it doesn't have the right connectors, and doesn't have a whole lot of breathing room as far as the wattage.

After return shipping costs, restocking fees, plus not being able to get anything decent for cheap enough, it'll be more worth my while to just keep the $100 PS from best buy - even if I could get that same model cheaper elsewhere. Thanks for the replies though guys
