If i pre-order half-life 2 from best buy will i be able to use the voucher to play cs:s?

The only way you get to play CS:S right now is to pre-order (buy) HL2 through Steam. If you take the retail route, you will have to wait until the games are officially released and can be bought at stores. The play-CS:S-right-away is just an incentive for people to buy through Steam.
