um guys anyone know if this is a new direct feed video? cause the 4th video: traptown is a year old, that whys the quality and graphics look bad. Just wastch the Docks and kleiners lab, then watch traptown, traptown looks significantly worse than docks and lab. i hope this tunnels movie is new.

Yeah I noticed that too. The buildings were the worst part, looked just like the original half-life quality.

And If tunnels is the man hacks video then it's probably one of the newer videos...

My guess the its the video where the ant lions come out of the tunnels and you use them to take out combine, sentry guns, etc. This is just my guess.

I seriously doubt its the man hacks... It looks like they will finish the E3 video in order minus Tech Demo then release stuff that most people haven't seen.

Yes but the graphics looks poor, and does not have any bump mapping. Everybody go and check FAR CRY the game at www.gamershell.com download the vid and watch the lighting the bump mapping the realistic affects, this what bump mapping technology can do for a game. I hop vulvo will include this.

That's the thing - the Man Hacks video was around about the Traptown, Kleiner's lab and Docks videos, it wasn't in the big e3 trailer video for some reason though, but if it's going in order, it will be next instead of something else.

it will definately be the man hacks video, considering the content of the other videos: barney, prison, buggy, strider... nothing even comes close to that title. and the man hacks takes place in "tunnels".

the source engine supports all those things and more. but they are appleying it on a model per odel bases. not every surface needs bumpmapping and normal mapping, so they wont apply it to everything. and I also think it depends on the configuration you are running. I think hl2 looks better but they just make it look less amazing to stop rumors of needng a top of the line system to run it. it will disapoint people to see amazing graphic effects and they cant rune it. its easier to get the same graphics in the video so less pople wil be dissapointed

Hes a troll , HL2 has been said SOOO many times to include bumpmapping that everyone knows it. I just dont think its active yet in the videos. Heres my 100th time of this statement: Its an old build.

its the sewers...if vavle is following order from e3..even if they didnt include the sewers/manhacks, the barney video would be up next. tunnels = sewers not tunnels = barney

the only possible connection to the name tunnels that the ant lion video has is the actual ant lion tunnels. im pretty sure its the sewers. just follow logic

I personaly beleive it's the ant lion one because it's the only one with 2 tunnels(plural) from which bugs come out.

I think the one with the man hacks will be called sewers because gabe specifically commented during that part that it is in the sewers and not tunnels.

On the bright side the ant lions video lasts longer so it's good.

That's the ant lion map, notice it's called prison. This leads me to believe that the map IS the hydra/manhack one. We'll finally have high quality vids of man hacks, and the incendiary gun!

i was under the impression that the sewer vid was a gamespot only, and went along with the big interview with gabe and the other guy. Also in the interview they say they ran the sewer demo for gamespot on a P4 2.0 ghz, and a GeForce 4, interresting...
