Good day.

I would agree with that if you were only looking at the crap Disney put out since after the Lion King. Notice in the trailer they only reference Little Mermaid, Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, and Lion King... where is the homage to Home on the Range? But I digress. While some people have their favorites from the post 94 era (I liked both Mulan and Emperors New Groove, whiles others liked Lilo & Stitch or Hercules) none of the films were hits like the first 4 (of the 90's). And while Pixar is good, they did make a somewhat bad film (Cars). I mean, had Cars been made by any other company, it would have tanked at the box office. Well, maybe not tank, but you get the idea.

edit: and when I mean crap, well, I only mean sub par plot/characters/story using Disney's own standards. The only one that truly was crap was home on the range

Far from it, but I'm just pointing out there are "black" characters in Disney movies. The crows, Sunflower, Powerline...

Hi I'm John Lasseter, the guy who basically made Pixar what it is.

But Disney bought Pixar right?

Oh wait--I now greenlight all Disney films.

Hahahahahahahhahhahaha.

And as if anyone cared: Tarzan out grossed Beauty and the Beast, and the only films released since the Little Mermaid that weren't more successful in money terms (ok, inflation probably does something my non-maths brain doesn't understand, but whatever) were: Rescuers Down Under, Fantasia 2000, The Emperor's New Groove, Treasure Planet, Home on the Range and Meet the Robinsons. (There have been 20 films since The Little Mermaid's release).

I point this out not to say you're wrong, or that my wikipedia skills are superior, but to prove once and for all that democracy does not work.

Yes, those movies weren't as successful, but they still did well at the box office. Plus, I was more or less going by how those 4 films were more critically acclaimed than any other Disney 2D movie made after 94. Box office only proves that sometimes we as a group of people are idiots :)

When this DVD comes out it will be worse then the free chicken thing at KFC.

OH SNAP

As for Black Characters in Disney (or rather, Blackface...), surely the most obvious is, you know, Mickey Mouse?

If anyone's black it's Goofy.

And it actually irks me a bit when people pull the Dumbo crows out to prove racism in Disney
Not really sure if you're addressing me, but once again I wasn't pointing out those crows to show racism in Disney. I was simply pointing out there were black characters in Disney movies. If I wanted to show Disney racism I would've shown Sunflower or Uncle Remus.

Doesn't really look like anything special really.
But then again, Disney will never be able to return to their glory days of the 90s.
