Problem at Black Mesa East!

I get to the scanning process where that lady scientist talks about how Evi will be glad to see me and that, then she leads me to the elevator but she doesn't get in. I can't go down the elevator on my own, so I can't get any further in the game. Help please.

try reloading the chapter, and try it a few times. some people have this problem

or does it say ai_disabled anywhere?

I've tried re-doing the chapter but she just seems to get stuck, it doesn't say ai-disabled either.

quicksave then quickload...

i made a entire thread about solving this and nobody has appreciated it...

while in the elevator.

if it doesn't work, move around in the elvator and quicksavee then load
