Hello,
I'm posting four images here, where I drawed in red circles the area's where my problems occurs. It isn't that bad that I can't play HL 2 without having fun, but sometimes it's a bit annoying.
My problem is this:
some of the objects aren't drawn in full detail. Sometimes it happens that they just spawn in front of me. I had it once that I could see a combine soldier from a distance, and when I came closer, it appeared that he was standing behind a pile of boxes, so normally I shouldn't have seen him, and he would surprised me when I came behind the boxes. But now I could just shoot through the boxes, and kill him.
These are my specs:
Intel pentium 4 2000 MHZ
768 MB RAM
Geforce 4MX 64MB
My video config for HL2 is:
Resolution: 1024 x 768
Aspect ratio: (4:3)
Model detail: High
Terrain detal: High
Water detail: simple
Shadow detail: low
Antialising mode: 2x
Filter mode: Bilinear
Shader detail: High
Wait for vertical sync: Disabled
Does someone know how I can fix this?
