Problem in mission - Black Mesa East

Hi, i am up to Black Mesa East in Half Life 2. I am up to the bit when he meets up with the doctor and she says to follow her, but she stays still and does nothing!!! Is this a glitch? Can anyone help me! PLEASE!!

you can try reloading the chapter from the last autosave, or start a new game in that chapter, perhaps that helps.
