Ok, so I really need to know the difference between software engineering and computer science.
I'm currently in grade 11, and I need to choose my courses for grade 12, and I want to get into McMaster University, but they offer a general engineering program for 1st year students. So that means I have to take chemistry, math physics etc.
But If i go to another university for computer science, i don't need to take any sciences at all just just english, calculus and data management plus 3 other UNIVERSITY courses. So going that route, it'd make my life a hell of a lot easier rather than taking all these hard science courses.
So, is there really a big difference in Software Engineering and Computer Science? And I want to be a programmer in the GAMING INDUSTRY so which program is better for me? And which will take me further in life - in terms of money and such.
