problem please help

when i create a server and have friends try and get it it always says that there steam id ticket is invalid. When we go so someone elses' server they are fine.(we all connect) If they make the server same thing. I get the same error. We've been playing tfc and hl for along time but had to quit cause of steam.Now that hl2 is out and we Really like cs:source we want to get back into it. I've tried to create a listen server and a decitaded server same thing happeneds.

one more thing does anyone know staems phone #
or is ther a tech # some way i can get a hold of a person that works there?

tried that.keeps saying to logout then loggback in. did that like hundreds of times and still nothing.also deleted some file they told me to delete that didn't work eigther.
