Problem Un-installing cs source

I want to reinstall fresh because some of the maps seem to be corrupt, but when I choose to delete local game files it tells me I can't. I get a message stating "Cannot Delete Counter Strike Source, since it's data is used by the following games:
Half Life 2"

What am I supposed to do now?

some of the CS:S gcf's are shared between hl2 and CS:S. Try and manually delete the CS:S gcf's one by one (opening steam after each time) and see if steam tries to re-download it.
