Problem when launching CS SOURCE

Today, after the new CS SOURCE update, i can't play it anymore ;(
When launching game, it shows me an "Engine Error" :
ILocalize::AddFile() failed to load file "Resource/valve_french.txt"

But yesterday it worked fine , i don't understand what happened, help me please!!!

somethings seem to be wrong with your valve_french.txt file.. i think. try reinstalling it ?
